We understand things happens, if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we respectfully ask that you please give us a 48 hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours notice will result in charge of the full service amount. Please understand we are a small business and cancellations and/or missed appointments really affect our business and are hard to fill with such short notice, and not only does it affect us but our clients who've been wanting to book an appointment. 

LATE POLICY: Please give yourself an extra 10mins to find parking. There's ample parking right outside and behind us in the outdoor and indoor parking lot and garage. Once you arrive please check in and wait in the waiting area until we're ready for your appointment to begin. Thank you for your cooperation!
RESCHEDULE POLICY: Although our deposits are non-refundable, our reschedule policy allows clients to reschedule appointments and transfer their deposit hassle free, provided the request is made within the 48hr notice and doesn't exceed more than twice. The request must be made within the same month as the original appointment and/or within a two week time frame. This offers flexibility for all clients while maintaining a time-bound parameter for rescheduling. Thank you!
